Opening in 2009, Muskegon Brewing & Distilling Company will produce world-class microbrews and spirits, using only traditional quality ingredients and time-tested recipes. Our wide selection of microbrews will be perfectly suited for West Michigan's diverse beer drinking populous, and we'll also be on the forefront of Michigan's distilling industry, serving homemade spirits ranging from brandy and whiskey to vodka and gin.

Head Brewmaster Steve Buszka is a three-time Great American Beer Festival award-winner, and is the artist responsible some of Michigan's most popular microbrews. A Michigan native and long-time resident, Steve has over 15 years of brewing and distilling experience, now dividing his time between perfecting accessible recipes for the casual beer drinker, and experimenting with cutting-edge brews for the craft beer aficionado. Whatever the style or flavor, Steve's number one goal is to deliver well-crafted microbrews to Lakeshore.

The Muskegon Brewing & Distilling Company bar is located on Pine Street in Downtown Muskegon, and will soon feature a tasting room, casual dining, entertainment, and an outdoor beer garden, along with guided tours of our future state-of-the-art brewing and bottling facility.

Next year you will be able to join us in Downtown Muskegon to sample some of the best microbrews and spirits on the Lakeshore, and together, we'll raise our glasses in celebration of the new home of great beer in West Michigan!
